Here’s a problem that is actually super easy to fix! What problem? “mercury error ff servicing queue job.”
That’s right the fix might be a lot easier than you think.
In my case, the problem was that I was using the wrong connection protocol. So, the solution is to try a different connection type in your MercuryC SMTP Relay Client Configuration.
For this particular project, I was using the SMTP credentials that come with my shared hosting. All that was required to fix the error was switching from SSL Encryption via STARTTLS command to SSL Encryption direct connection.
